Erik has extensive experience and expertise as a corporate executive and strategic advisor to a diverse range of manufacturing and service companies ranging from small family-owned businesses to large Fortune 500 corporations. Erik is a passionate and enthusiastic supporter of growing, building, and supporting businesses and entrepreneurs. Erik truly enjoys working with entrepreneurs and business leaders to help companies grow, improve and find solutions to their most difficult problems.
Previously, Erik worked in program management at L3Harris when he helped to lead the Aerojet Rocketdyne acquisition integration, and before that, the L3 Technologies and Harris merger integration, essentially functioning as an internal consultant, to help challenge the existing operating status quo and working with the management teams to improve process and drive operational and financial results.
Prior to L3Harris, Erik built and led the M&A department for Spirit AeroSystems after spending 15 in investment banking, primarily at Credit Suisse and PNC Bank. Erik was a key contributor for 60+ capital markets transactions representing ~$55 billion in aggregate transaction value. Erik has also worked as an investment fellow on the Wolverine Venture Fund, a tax staff accountant for Deloitte & Touche, and a Congressional Intern in the United States House of Representatives.
Erik earned his B.S. in Economics, cum laude, with Finance and Accounting concentrations from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A., with high distinction, from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
